Great Barrier Island is one of the most tranquil and unspoilt places I’ve ever visited. This is the Hauraki Gulf’s largest and most remote island, complete with long golden beaches, crystal-clear waters and vast native forests.
You can get here by seaplane, or by ferry. There are many fabulous forest trails leading you to secluded hot springs, swimming holes, waterfalls and old kauri dams, as well as great spots for surfing, swimming, kayaking, snorkelling, diving and fishing. Many of the beautiful white sand beaches stretch for miles, and are often deserted. Paradise!!Contact us
